Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do not ship goods. No courier is used, no tracking number is issued, and no delivery address is needed to complete a booking. Everything offered on this site is delivered electronically.

Booking confirmation, immediately. Once your payment is confirmed, a confirmation email goes to the address you booked with, listing the offering, the date, and the slot time in both IST and your own timezone.

Joining link, at least 12 hours before the slot. The meeting link is emailed to the same address. For a booking made less than 12 hours before the slot, the link is sent within 2 hours of confirmation.

Session materials, during or immediately after the session. Any lab files, notes, or reference material forming part of an offering are shared during the session or emailed within 24 hours of it ending.

Sessions run live over video at the slot you booked. All slot times on this site are Indian Standard Time (IST), shown alongside your local timezone so there is no ambiguity about when to join. You need a stable internet connection and a browser or the meeting client named in your joining email. No other software purchase is required.

If a confirmation or joining email has not reached you within the windows above, check your spam or promotions folder first, as automated mail is sometimes filtered there. If it is genuinely missing, email support@cyberdomainpath.com and we will resend it.

If a joining link fails and you cannot attend as a result, that is a failure on our side. You are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled slot under section 5 of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Sessions are delivered online and are available to learners anywhere. Slots are scheduled in IST, and the early-morning slots exist specifically so that learners in North America can attend at a reasonable local hour.
